Le Chef Du Gare is a Saison brewed by LOC Brewery in Tilburg, produced in the industrial halls of the Spoorzone. The name references the trains that shaped the brewery's heritage. This is a light, refreshing beer with the signature elegance of a Saison: dry, spiced, and touched by subtle fruit notes. At 5.5% ABV, it is approachable and pairs well with the welcoming atmosphere of the brewpub.

LOC Brewery was founded in 2014 by four friends united by a passion for craft beer and a shared school connection. Their vision was to bring artisanal brewing to Tilburg. Today they craft a diverse range, from European classics to modern experiments.
