Langedijker Tripel is a robust top-fermented beer from Oudkarspel in North Holland, brewed at 8.8% ABV. This golden blonde tripel displays a full malt character balanced with subtle spice and fruity esters typical of the Belgian style. The beer pours crystal-clear beneath a fine white head. The palate combines breadiness and malt depth with layered spice and fruit notes from top fermentation. Despite its strength, the beer drinks refreshingly, with a clean finish where gentle bitterness lingers pleasantly on the tongue. Langedijker Bier was founded by two passionate homebrewers from the region with a mission to craft accessible, flavourful beer.
