Bière de Belle Dalle is a Bière de Garde from Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, brewed by Christophe and Alexia Noyon in Tardinghen, northern France. This 7.5% blonde ale takes its name from the family farm where the brewery was established in 2003. The beer pours bright golden with a firm head. The aroma and palate show grainy character with subtle sweetness. Full-bodied and clean-drinking, it finishes dry. A fresh and approachable beer rooted in the regional brewing tradition of the Pas-de-Calais.
