Het Witte Kasteel is a tripel brewed four years ago by KraftBier specifically for the estate of the same name in Loon op Zand. This strong, stately beer draws its character from five different malt varieties and a distinctive yeast strain. At 8% alcohol, it develops a full, spicy flavour with fruity notes of vanilla and banana, supported by sweet malt undertones. The palate feels pleasantly full with fine carbonation. The finish is dry with subtle bitterness that completes the experience without dominating. This is a beer of dignity and strength, best enjoyed at a slightly elevated serving temperature.
