Kaapse Klaas is the winter ale from Kaapse Brouwers, the Rotterdam craft brewery. Named after a well-known sculpture, this dark and robust beer delivers warmth and spice at nearly 10% ABV.

Speculaas spices—clove, cinnamon and aniseed—blend with dark roasted malt, caramel and chocolate to create a festive, cake-like character. Dried fruit and brown sugar add richness and complexity. The finish is dry with a lingering bittersweet note.
