The 010 All Star Collab is a Double New England IPA at 8% ABV, brewed by Kaapse Brouwers from Rotterdam in partnership with Brouwerij Noordt, Vet & Lazy and ROTT. This ambitious collaboration unites four local Rotterdam breweries in a single expression.

Double dry-hopped with cryo hops, the beer delivers a full, fruity profile. Blueberry leads the aroma alongside citrus and hop bitterness, with subtle spice notes. The palate echoes these fruit-forward characteristics. The beer presents a brown hue with a fine head and restrained carbonation.
