The Sailing '19 spent time maturing in bourbon and beer barrels, developing a full-bodied, layered character. At 12% ABV, it delivers warmth and depth, with pronounced roasted malt backbone enhanced by wood aging.

The nose presents smoke and roast, layered with vanilla and oak from barrel contact. The palate is rich and substantial, showing toffee and dark chocolate with a dry, lingering finish. This is a contemplative beer, best enjoyed slowly and in good company.
