Geniet & Geef 2017 is a special blonde ale brewed by Jopen for the KiKa benefit initiative in Haarlem. Two batches of 78 hectolitres each were produced, with hops ceremonially added at the historic Jopenkerk church in August 2017, making this a beer with genuine community roots.

The beer shows a hazy golden colour beneath a white head. The aroma brings grassy and estery notes alongside straw and spicy yeast character. On the palate, these elements continue: a refreshing, crisp profile with herbal undertones and a dry finish.

At 6% ABV with moderate carbonation, Geniet & Geef 2017 is an approachable, flavourful blonde that captures Jopen's craft ethos and Haarlem's brewing heritage.
