Eenkoorn in de Wei is a collaboration between Jopen and Dampegheest brewery, housed in a former cheese storage facility in Haarlem. This blonde ale at 6.5% ABV is brewed with einkorn, an ancient grain and ancestor to emmer and spelt, combined with whey—a byproduct from cheesemaking.

The blend of diverse grains and fruity hops creates an approachable yet distinctive character. It represents a creative union of local heritage ingredients and modern craft brewing.
