IV:UUR Bomber is a Tripel from the Dutch microbrewery IV:UUR, located in Vriezenveen, Overijssel. The brewery's philosophy is simple: "four o'clock is beer o'clock." This strong blonde ale displays an amber hue and clear body, crowned with a substantial white head. The aroma reveals malty and spicy character. On the palate, sweetness takes centre stage, complemented by coriander and orange peel notes—hallmarks of Belgian yeast and sugar work. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the finish remains clean and approachable, making it a well-balanced strong ale.
