Lactobacillus fermentation delivers the beer's signature tartness. The nose leads with fresh mango and citrus aromatics. On the palate, sourness arrives upfront, accompanied by tropical fruit notes. The finish is dry and tart, gradually transitioning to a lingering, slightly sweeter mango note.
