Hopalaa! Brewery from Latvia crafts this West Coast-style DIPA centred on the Simcoe hop. At 8% ABV, it delivers a full-bodied, fruity experience with pronounced citrus and pine character. Based in Jelgava, the brewery is known for its experimental approach to hoppy ales and commitment to beer freshness from fermentation onwards. Simcoe brings its signature profile here: grapefruit, pine and subtle earthy notes. The malt foundation of Maris Otter, caramel and Munich malts provides sufficient body to support the hop intensity without tipping into sweetness.
