Hert Bier Beerenbock is a Doppelbock from Putten in Gelderland, brewed by the team behind Hert Bier—a brewery born from friendship and a passion for craft beer. This heavier variant on the traditional bock is a seasonal beer at 7.8% ABV. The Beerenbock is enriched with honey and Beerenburg, made according to the centuries-old recipe of Weduwe Joustra. This results in a beer with fruity character and soft, honeyed notes layered over a full, malty foundation.
