Klabats! is a blonde barleywine from Berghoeve Brouwerij, a craft brewery housed in a converted farmhouse in Twente. This American-style barleywine at 10% ABV strikes a refined balance between fruity character and measured bitterness.

Dried fruits and raisins emerge in the glass, complemented by subtle citrus notes from American hop varieties. The flavour is refined and not aggressively bitter, finishing dry and inviting another sip. Despite its strength, Klabats! drinks with surprising approachability.
