Gulpener Ur-Pilsner is a 100% organic pilsner brewed by the Limburgian brewery Gulpener, established in 1825. This beer is made exclusively from regionally grown organic barley and hops, with no adjuncts such as corn or rice.

The beer presents fresh and sparkling with a well-balanced interplay between malt and bitterness. The nose shows malty character with subtle hop notes, while the palate opens with caramel and slight sweetness before finishing with a dry, bitter aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp, making this an easy-drinking pilsner.

In 2023, the Ur-Pilsner earned the Country Winner award at the World Beer Awards, recognised for its well-defined hop aroma and strong malt foundation.
