Spicy Roger is a double IPA born from friendship between brewmasters Robbert of Uiltje Brewing Company and Steven of Gulpener. This collaboration blends Limburgian malt from Gulpener with premium American hops brought by Uiltje, creating a vibrant, hop-forward ale.

Light fruity sweetness gives way to medium hoppy bitterness with notes of mango, orange, grass and herbs. The defining character comes from red pepper, which emerges in the finish with a sharp, tingling bite. Dry-hopping adds depth and extra hop complexity, making for a bold, spicy aftertaste that lingers.
