The name draws inspiration from the nocturnal struggle of this historic figure. Unfiltered and top-fermented, this beer commands attention from the moment it's opened. The nose reveals layers of bay leaf, coffee and dark fruit complexity. On the palate, roasted malt, liquorice, figs and raisins emerge alongside distinctive herbal spice notes.
