Zuidwerf is an amber ale from Gooimeer Brouwerij, an independent brewery based in Blaricum, founded in 2017 by Wil van den Broek and Rudy van der Schagt. This lightly sweet, amber-coloured beer stands out for a subtle ginger note that adds freshness to its malty foundation. At 6% ABV, Zuidwerf offers a balanced character where amber malt takes centre stage, complemented by a hint of spice. Brewed using traditional methods with water, malt, hops and yeast.
