The 2019 vintage spent considerable time maturing in rye barrels, layering woody spice and grain complexity onto the naturally rich, sweet base. The nose reveals oak and dried fruit with hints of vanilla and warming alcohol. On the palate, a full body unfolds with sweetness, woody barrel character, malt, and dark fruit notes.
