Gin Weizen from Gebrouwen door Vrouwen is a 6% ABV wheat beer brewed with barley, wheat and spelt malt. This Amsterdam gypsy brewer—founded in 2015 by sisters Do and Tessel de Heij—infuses classic gin botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds and orange peel. The result is a fresh, creamy wheat beer with subtle sweetness. The gin herbs provide pleasant dryness and balance, preventing the beer from becoming cloying. Light in colour with modest foam, it delivers clove and banana notes alongside the herbal character. A versatile beer equally at home on a summer terrace or as an everyday companion.
