FrauGruber Brewing's Eden Project is a double dry hopped Imperial IPA that showcases a full, fruity expression. At 8% ABV, this beer brings together three hop varieties—Galaxy, Mosaic BBC and Motueka—delivering a complex aromatic profile with citrus, tropical fruit and subtle bitterness.

In the glass, it pours a hazy golden amber with a small, fizzy head. The nose opens with biscuity malt, followed by grapefruit, lime and passion fruit. The palate mirrors this balance: sweetish, bready malt supports citrus and tropical hop notes, with lime and passion fruit taking centre stage alongside a lightly tangy character.

This is an ambitious offering from the German brewery founded in 2016 by Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber.
