Welcome to the Citra Show is a New England Style DIPA from Folkingebrew, a modern craft brewery based in Groningen. At 8.5% ABV, this beer is double dry-hopped with Citra, delivering a distinctive profile of citrus and tropical fruit. A soft grist of pilsner malt, wheat and oats maintains a full, smooth body, while LAIII yeast contributes a rounded fermentation character and fruity notes. A touch of lactose adds silky smoothness. This beer drinks like a glass of sunshine, brimming with light tropical juice notes including gooseberry, passion fruit and fresh berries. It was one of Folkingebrew's first canned releases, marking the brewery's early days.
