Three Little Birds is an Imperial Double New England Hazy IPA from Floem Craft Beer in Appingedam, born from a collaboration with Barcelona's Little Rain Brewing. This 8% beer blends Pale Ale and Vienna malt with oats and wheat for structure. The hop-forward brewers packed Citra, Sultana and Idaho #7 hops for intense fruity citrus character. The beer presents with characteristic haze. Aromas layer bright citrus with earthy and tropical notes. On the palate, fruity hop flavours take centre stage, supported by gentle sweet malt undertones. The finish is dry and clean, with a balanced bitterness that frames the fruit-forward profile.
