Flensburger Kellerbier is an unfiltered lager from the North German brewery Flensburger Brauerei, established in 1888 and still owned by the founding families Petersen and Dethleffsen. This traditional kellerbier develops its character in cool cellars, as its name indicates. The nose shows malty, yeasty notes with subtle spice. On the palate, grainy and pale malt flavours lead, balanced by light sweetness and a touch of citrus. Bitterness remains restrained, making this beer approachable without sacrificing character.
