Fightstreet Brewery, based in Ulft in the Achterhoek region, has been brewing distinctive craft beers since late 2018. The 'n Diquen Honing Tripel is a blonde tripel at 8.5% ABV that incorporates local honey into its recipe. The aroma combines floral notes with clear honey character and malty undertones. On the palate, the beer is malt-forward with prominent honey, hop bitterness and spice working in harmony. It pours a golden yellow with a fine head. 'n Diquen—also called 'a thick one' in local dialect—is a characterful beer crafted with a wink and a nod to life's pleasures.
