Faxe Red Erik is a red ale brewed by Danish brewery Faxe, part of the Royal Unibrew portfolio. At 6.5% ABV, it reflects Faxe's bold approach to brewing—a tradition stretching back to 1901, when Nikoline and Conrad Nielsen founded the Faxe Steambrewery.

The beer combines barley malt, maize and glucose syrup with an unusual ingredient: elderberry juice from concentrate. This fruity addition sets it apart from conventional red ales, creating a beer with sweet, fruity character balanced against a malty base.
