Tesselaar Eilandbier is a pilsner from the family brewery of the same name on the Wadden island of Texel. Since 2017, the Diks family has been brewing craft beers here with a strong connection to the island. This full-bodied barley brew is aged for extended periods and fresh-hopped, resulting in a no-nonsense pilsner. The taste is surprisingly smooth and fresh, with a gently bitter finish that closes pleasantly. An honest pilsner that appeals to both island residents and visitors.
