Hopnytized DIPA V2 is Enigma's refined take on the Double IPA, a hazy, juicy expression at 9% ABV brewed with English yeast. This second iteration showcases a carefully selected hop blend: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Ekuanot, Hallertau Blanc and Azacca Cryo-hop. The combination delivers tropical fruit, citrus and floral character without heaviness or harsh bitterness. Despite its strength, the beer remains approachable and well-balanced, with a cloudy, inviting appearance that defines the New England IPA style. Enigma, a young Belgian brewery founded in 2016, is known for combining unconventional ingredients with innovative yeasts and flavour-forward hops.
