Egger Wälder is a Helles lager from Austria, brewed by Brauerei Egg in St. Pölten-Unterradlberg. Crafted according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516, it uses only water, malt, hops and yeast. The brewery's heritage stretches back to 1675, when the "Gwercher" Brewery was founded in Kufstein.

The flavour is dry and grassy with subtle hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation and a slick mouthfeel, it carries notes of grain, light hay and delicate floral character. A refined, highly drinkable lager with a clean finish.
