Bon Appétit, Amélie is an Imperial Pastry Porter from Dutch Bargain, the Zeeland-based brewery known since 2011 for rebellious beers with daring recipes. This dessert beer blends roasted malt with lactose, candi sugar and fudge into a full, sweet experience layered with vanilla, crème brûlée and chocolate notes. The aromas are rich and inviting, with clear caramel and cocoa character. On the palate, sweetness and body dominate, with vanilla, chocolate and coffee notes weaving together.
