Dutch Bargain's Barrel Aged Coffee Connaisseur, Moi? is a Russian Imperial Stout at 13% ABV, in which the original Coffee Connaisseur matures for one year in Kilchoman and Heaven Hill casks. This combination of Scottish whisky and American bourbon barrels adds layers of vanilla and woody character to an already intense coffee-forward stout.

The base is a robust Imperial Stout with 50 IBU bitterness and 150 EBC colour. The barrel aging contributes warmth and complexity to the coffee-driven profile. This is a beer for slow sipping, where the alcohol warms the palate and the wood leaves its mark.
