Jabeeks Tripel from Dorpsbrouwerij De Maar is a robust tripel brewed in Jabeek, Limburg. Born as an experimental brew during a workshop in January 2015, it has since become a regular release. The beer is crafted with four malts and two aromatic hop varieties that define its character. The nose presents sharp, assertive aromatics, yet the palate redeems this with round, malty depth and pleasant hop bitterness in harmony. At 8.5% ABV, it carries enough substance to support its layered profile without excess warmth.
