Dorpsbrouwerij De Maar's Jabeeks Tripel Mosaic from the Limburgian village of Jabeek is an unconventional tripel with IPA-leaning character. This blonde, lightly hazy beer emerged in 2015 as an experimental workshop brew and is now commercially available. At 8.5% ABV, it delivers surprising refreshment despite its strength. Brewed with four different malts and two aromatic hop varieties including Mosaic, the tripel balances round, malty mid-palate notes with pleasant hop bitterness.
