Noblesse V.S.O.P. from Brouwerij De Dochter van de Korenaar is a full-malt beer aged for over one year in Filliers gin barrels, followed by bottle conditioning. The result is a crystal-clear blonde ale with refined, delicate hop bitterness.

The nose reveals botanical juniper and spice, complemented by vanilla and oak from the barrel maturation. On the palate, citrus and tropical fruit emerge alongside subtle vanilla sweetness and cherry notes that linger gently.

Despite its layered character, the beer drinks remarkably light and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish that invites another sip.
