Extase from Brouwerij De Dochter van de Korenaar is a Double IPA that lives up to its name. This full-bodied, bottle-conditioned beer is brewed with fourteen hop varieties, delivering an intensely bittersweet character. The brewery, founded in 2007 by Dutch couple Moniek and Ronald Mengerink in Baarle-Hertog, created Extase as a core range beer that won the Consumer's Choice award at the 2013 Zythos Festival.

Extase pours copper-coloured with a sturdy head. The hop blend dominates both aroma and palate, complemented by caramel and malt sweetness alongside coffee notes. The finish is dry and bitter, with warming alcohol that balances the 7% ABV.
