Woorden & Baarden is a Farmhouse IPA from De Bebaarde Brouwer, a Rotterdam-based side project by head brewer Etienne Vermeulen of De Kaapse Brouwers. Brewed in collaboration with Eleven Brewery from Utrecht, this beer showcases a fresh, hop-driven character. The beer features a blend of American North West hops that deliver a pronounced hoppy profile with resinous notes. At 6.5% ABV, it carries enough body to support the hop bitterness without overwhelming the palate. This is a beer that merges American hop tradition with farmhouse brewing sensibilities.
