Rosa Blanca is a hoppy lager from Spain, brewed by Damm S.A. This beer carries an intriguing heritage: originally established in 1927 as an independent brewery on Mallorca, it refreshed locals and tourists for seven decades before being revived by Damm with a contemporary twist. Brewed from barley malt, maize, rice and hops—including Citra—Rosa Blanca displays a pale golden colour topped with a light, creamy head. On the nose, fresh citrus aromas characteristic of Citra hops take centre stage. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with subtle malt sweetness and grainy undertones. A soft, toffee-like middle sits comfortably on gentle carbonation. At 4% ABV, this is an approachable session lager suited to light meals and warm Mediterranean afternoons.
