Tulip Mania is an ambitious Double IPA from Basqueland Brewing Project in the Basque Country. At 8.2% ABV, this full-bodied beer delivers a lush mouthfeel from the addition of flaked oats. The aroma is striking: a double Simcoe punch using both Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo, complemented by dry hopping with Citra and Simcoe Cryo. In the glass, peach, passion fruit and melon dominate the palate. The combination of these fruity hop notes with the full, creamy body makes this an impressive modern take on the Double IPA style.
