Brimstone is a dry-hopped American Amber Ale from Cinema Brewers in Amsterdam, inspired by Martin Koolhoven's eponymous western film. This beer pays tribute to actor Guy Pearce and marries classic amber ale character with a contemporary edge: blood orange.

On the nose, brown candy sugar, dark caramel malt and ripe cherries emerge alongside cinnamon and grapefruit notes. The palate reveals citrus, pineapple and peach, tempered by spice and subtle pine from the dry hopping. Bitterness remains restrained despite the American hop profile.
