Saison O'Connor from Cerveja Musa is a refined farmhouse ale brewed in Lisbon with fruity and spicy character. The beer presents light in colour with slight haze, revealing aromas of citrus and black pepper alongside herbal notes. The palate shows restrained malt with moderate bitterness, complemented by grassy and peppery undertones that add complexity. A dry and refreshing finish makes this ale ideal for warm weather or as an aperitif. At 5.8% ABV, it carries a light body true to the farmhouse tradition. The beer earned gold at the European Beer Stars 2021.
