Wendy is a Milkshake IPA from Central Waters Brewing Company in Wisconsin. This seasonal beer merges coffee and pumpkin with the characteristic sweetness of a milkshake-style IPA. At 7.2% ABV and 30 IBU, it delivers moderate bitterness. The nose is led by pumpkin spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—with subtle coffee notes lingering beneath. On the palate, pumpkin spices take the lead while coffee remains restrained. Milk sugar adds pleasant sweetness that balances the hop bite. Wendy is no longer in production, but remained a popular choice during the annual "10 Days of Pumpkin" event.
