Central Waters Brewer's Reserve Vanilla Cherry Stout is an Imperial Stout from Wisconsin, crafted with 75 pounds of tart Door County cherries per barrel. This is a barrel-aged expression that matures for twelve months in bourbon casks, developing rich vanilla and oak character that intertwines beautifully with the cherry's natural tartness. The nose reveals bourbon, vanilla and dark chocolate. On the palate, concentrated cherry flavour and toffee take centre stage, supported by smooth bourbon and vanilla undertones. The finish is warming and textured, with pleasant dryness and a lingering cherry note.
