The brewery traces its origins to the Zeeland village of Westkapelle, where brewer Jan grew up on a farm. What started as a homebrewing hobby has evolved into an established craft brewery, now based on Moleneindsestraat in Hoeven—a street known locally as ''t Meuleneind'.
