Brouwerij de Toekomst's Black IPA from Fijnaart merges the dark appearance of a stout with the assertive hop character of a classic IPA. Dark brown to black in colour with a light tan head, it plays with contrasts: roasted malt aromas give way to a crisp, hoppy profile.
