Castellum IPA from Brouwerij de 12 Stuyvers is an American IPA that earned silver at the Dutch Beer Challenge in 2024. This copper-coloured beer presents with a slight haze and beige head. The nose offers sweet, hoppy character with clear fruit notes. The palate is full and well-balanced, with citrus, mango, peach and pear leading the way.
