The aroma reveals caramel, roasted malt, apple and honey notes. On the palate, chocolate, cinnamon, ginger and spice weave together into a complex, syrupy finish with a pleasant warming sensation. The nano-brewery from Hazerswoude-Dorp in the Dutch Green Heart launched in 2020, founded by Martijn de Zeeuw following his victory in the Open Dutch Home Brewing Championship. This winter beer reflects the craft and passion the brewery is known for.
