Monkey Business Berry is an atypical red fruit beer from Brouwerij Wolf, brewed with top fermentation and bottle conditioning. Its distinctive ruby-red colour comes from a carefully balanced blend of red fruits: cherries, raspberries and elderberries. This is the third beer in Wolf's playful Monkey Business series, where the brewery experiments with fruity variations. All variants in the series began as a single 2000-litre batch of base beer, from which five different fruity interpretations emerged. Monkey Business Berry delivers a full, fruit-forward experience with subtle complexity. At 5.5% ABV, it is an approachable beer that seeks balance between the natural sweetness of the fruit and the character of the underlying brew.
