Fermented with two varieties of plums and aged for at least two years in carefully selected barrels of spontaneously fermented beer, this gueuze achieves remarkable complexity. Notes of apple, citrus, oak and earthy cellar character define its profile. The nose reveals sour plums, apricot and brett character.
