Brouwerij Utrecht's 7 Steegjes Witbier takes its name from the historic seven alleys in central Utrecht, where nineteenth-century labourers once lived while working in the surrounding factories. This witbier is brewed with barley malt, wheat malt and selected hop varieties, complemented by coriander and lemon added during the brewing process. The beer presents a fresh, delicate character typical of the witbier style. The wheat malt contributes a light, silky quality, while the spice and citrus notes provide balance and complexity. At 5.5% ABV, it offers an approachable strength that complements the refined aromatics.
