Goedendag Sterk Blond from Brouwerij Toye is a Belgian strong blonde ale named after a historical weapon from the Battle of the Golden Spurs fought in Flanders. The brewery, located in Marke near Kortrijk, has been crafting this beer with care since 2012 in its modern, custom-built facility.

The beer pours hazy light amber with a generous creamy white head and fine lacing. The nose reveals ripe banana, coriander spice and bitter orange, with hints of apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it drinks smooth and refreshing, with subtle acidity and a balanced hop bitterness that never turns aggressive. Belgian yeast character brings characteristic fruitiness and complexity throughout.
